A classic Pakistani dish with a twist! Here's a simple recipe for Aloo Gobi in a new style, with a fusion of flavors and textures:
*Ingredients*
- 1 large cauliflower, broken into florets
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
