Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder (or more to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 hamburger buns
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Cheese (optional)
- Spicy mayo or sauce (optional)
Instructions
1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together. Add salt, black pepper, red chili powder, and garlic powder. Mix well.
2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add butter and let it melt.
3. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and scramble the eggs until they're cooked through.
