In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and baking powder. 2. Add the ghee or oil and mix until the dough comes together. 3. Gradually add the lukewarm water and knead the dough for 5-7 minutes. 4. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes. 5. Divide the dough into small balls and roll out each ball into a thin circle. 6. Place a tablespoon or two of the filling in the center of each circle. 7. Fold the dough over the filling to form a half-moon shape, and press the edges together to seal the momo. *To Make the Chutney Sauce* 1. In a blender or food processor, combine the cilantro, green chilies, onion, garlic, and lemon juice. 2. Blend until smooth and adjust the seasoning with salt. *To Make the Tomato Sauce* 1. In a pan, heat the butter over medium heat. 2. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened. 3. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. 4. Add the chopped tomatoes, salt, and pepper.
